Abstract/Summary:
In this paper,the structure and material of the composite sand wich plate are first determined,make the dynamic mechanical properties and anti explosion performance of sandwich panel as the research target,quasi static and dynamic tests were made for panel materials(metal materials)and sandwich materials(ceramic and fiber reinforced composites)which made composite sandwich panels,analysis of material mechanical properties of variable rate and failure behavior under different loads and different forms.On the basis of the existing experiments,the dynamic constitutive models of the three kinds of materials are established by theoretical analysis.At the same time,the numerical simulation software Autodyn was used to study the deformation of sandwich panel under the effect of blast shock wave.The mechanical test was carried out on the metal panel material 921A steel by using the MTS material test machine and the separate Hopkinson experimental device.Based on the commonly used J-C constitutive model in engineering,the adiabatic temperature rise softening term is introduced to modify the model.The dynamic constitutive relation of 921A steel is obtained through fitting experimental data.The dynamic mechanical properties of sandwich ceramic AL2O3 ceramics were studied by improved SHPB experimental method,and the dynamic stress-strain relationship of ceramic in high strain rate range was obtained.Based on the theory of damage mechanics,a one-dimensional damage linear elasto brittle constitutive model of AL2O3ceramics is given.The parameters in the model were determined according to the experimental results of SHPB,and the damage type dynamic constitutive equation related to the strain rate of AL2O3 ceramics was obtained.The mechanical properties of sandwich Kevlar fiber reinforced composite laminates were systematically studied and the mechanical properties of quasi-static and dynamic tensile tests were completed.Based on the experimental results and statistical damage theory,a constitutive model including strain rate effect and damage softening effect of Kevlar fiber reinforced composites was established by comprehensively describing the overall effect of internal damage behavior of composite materials based on macro scopic damage volume.A reasonable simulation model is established,and the simulation results are compared with the previous experiments in the literature to verify the feasibility of the simulation.The constitutive relation of the base panel material and core material in this paper was obtained by experiment,through the research on numerical simulation method of response of different combinations of composite sandwich plates under blast loading force,analysis of antiknock performance of sandwich panel with different core materials,core thickness and different proportion of distance.
