With the advancement of urbanization,the traffic congestion caused by population gathering is increasingly aggravated,which seriously affects the operation and efficiency of cities.And with the improvement of people’s living standards,new requirements have been put forward for the public transport system.The existing urban public transport system has been difficult to meet people’s travel needs.With the further development of the technology,compared with the traditional transportation,more light and flexible Personal Rapid Transit(PRT)system gradually entered the eyes of researchers.Different from the bogie design of the steel wheel-rail system used in traditional rail transit,PRT vehicles use suspension-type bogies.At present,such bogies are used less frequently and are more difficult to design.The purpose of this subject " Key technologies of new suspension-type rail vehicle bogie " is to design a suspension-type rail vehicle bogie,to achieve the established design requirements and make it have a certain degree of reliability and stability.This topic mainly focuses on the structure design of the suspension rail vehicle bogie,as well as the running attitude and oscillation characteristics of the vehicle.The specific contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the existing problems of other suspended railway vehicle bogies and designs a new type of suspended railway vehicle bogies,including drive transmission device,brake device,steering device,support and vibration damping device.(2)To ensure that the bogie has enough structural strength,the finite element analysis is carried out.The finite element model of the bogie frame is established.After analyzing the load,determining the operating conditions and boundary conditions,the static strength is analyzed and evaluated for each operating condition,to test the reliability of bogie design.(3)To improve the running stability of railway vehicles,a single bogie structure railway vehicle is taken as the research object to analyze the dynamic theory.The simulation model of the rail vehicle is established by using simulation software,and its driving attitude is analyzed.According to the simulation results,the design parameters of railway vehicle bogie are optimized.Next,to solve the problems existing in a single bogie structure,a simulation model is established for the dual-bogie structure rail vehicle,and its driving attitude and oscillation characteristics are analyzed.The accuracy of the simulation results and the effectiveness of the optimization scheme are verified by experiments.
