With the continuous development of the society,the status of the highway in the national infrastructure has become more and more important,and the equipment related to the road construction has been varied,among which the roller is an important one.After years of research and development,roller has formed a series of mature types,including static roller,tire roller,vibration roller,oscillation roller,impact roller,etc.,but these compaction equipment for some difficult to compact materials is not significant,so people are still looking for ways to improve compaction efficiency and compaction quality.The compaction principle of the combination of impact and vibration has been recognized by many scholars,and several kinds of impact and vibration rollers have been designed.The impact and vibration composite roller designed by Professor Yang Renfeng of Chang’an University has been discussed more.It combines the two compaction principles of impact and vibration with ingenious mechanical structure.Through the test,it is concluded that the roller has other types of rollers The advantages of road roller are incomparable,but due to the lack of structural design and optimization,this type of roller is still in the experimental study,so it is important to optimize its design and put it into highway construction earlier.In this paper,the impact vibration compound roller designed by Professor Yang Renfeng of Chang’an University is taken as the research object.Dozens of rolling tests have been carried out with the roller.Through the combination of practice and theoretical analysis,the structural deficiencies of the roller have been analyzed and determined,and the optimal design has been carried out.Through the rigid connection of the fixed rails at both ends,the two ends of the impact block fall synchronously to solve the problem of the impact block stuck;The inner structure of roller is rearranged by hollow driving motor to realize the sealing of track,and the motor is selected;the shape of impact block is optimized to make full use of the inner space of roller and improve the impact energy;the shape of eccentric block which is more suitable for the excitation mechanism of this type of roller is determined by theoretical analysis and simulation test to make the roller start and stop vibration,at the same time,the parameters of MR damper are determined,and the optimal design is completed by simulation. |
