At present, with China's rapid economic development, impact roller has been widely used. According to statistics, China is the world's largest country of used impact roller and the production of it. But the shock and vibration produced during the impact roller's work can not be avoided, in addition, because of impact roller's vibration reduction measures, poor isolation measures, and poor road conditions at work, which is generated in the work passed to the tractor and the driver. It seriously affects the driver's physical and mental health, makes productivity lower, the stability of the machine and the life of machine lower. Therefore, how to reduce the shock and vibration of the impact roller effectively is the core issue today. In order to know how the damp effect to improve the design of cushion damping system, to make cushion damping system dynamics simulation is necessary. In response to these problems, this paper's study object is the impact roller which does not include the tractor. The impact roller's operation process is divided into two process, one is the impact process; the other is the rolling process. Establish two degrees of freedom vibration model about impact roller. Use MATLAB/ Simulink to establish a corresponding simulation model, simulate the G-class road and the excitation source of rolling process, then, make simulation analysis in Simulink to get the acceleration, the power Spectral density of acceleration and transfer rates for the frame, and play vibration analysis on the impact roller operating procedure combined with them. At the same time, analyzes the connection between two stamping wheels and the vibration of it, and calculate rubber damping pad about damping in the connection between two stamping wheels.
