| In the past 20 years since ETC was popularized and applied in China,scholars and relevant units have been continuously studying the theoretical system and practical application of ETC.The application of ETC has effectively improved the deficiencies of the traditional toll collection system,such as low work efficiency,low traffic capacity,charging errors and omissions,ETC.,and it is also helpful to reduce the energy consumption in the construction and operation of toll stations.In 2016,the ETC toll collection system was fully put into use in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,making it convenient for users to use modern payment methods on expressways in Xinjiang.However,due to external factors and technical factors,the interference of following the car,interference of adjacent lanes and other problems are easy to cause user dissatisfaction.In order to give full play to the superiority of THE ETC toll system,a better,faster,more accurate and better ETC toll system will be established in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to improve the travel quality of people passing along the expressway in Xinjiang.This article research results at home and abroad for reference,and the developed countries and regions,the ETC system development course and the successful experience,in view of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region highway no parking charge system construction and application analysis of the status of the research,mining in xinjiang ETC exist some problems in the process of charging system application,analyzes the reasons behind the existing problems;Based on the theory of expressway ETC toll system,the structure of ETC toll system in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was analyzed,and the social and economic benefits of ETC toll system in Xinjiang were analyzed.Status based on the above research and theoretical study,this paper discusses systematically phased-array technology is applied to the ETC in charge system to improve the car following interference,adjacent-channel interference,the problem such as communication blind zone,and the related test,shows that the application of phased array technology optimized ETC charge system can effectively reduce the influence of the interference factors on the charging system ETC,and enhance the anti-jamming capability ETC toll system.Based on the above research,combining Xin Jiang highway "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning,put forward the construction of Xin Jiang highway ETC toll system requirements,mainly to improve the service level of ETC system,promote the unicom ETC toll system in the province,ETC user privacy and security interests,and promote Xin Jiang highway charge system ETC)technology innovation strategy,such as rapid advance Xin Jiang highway charge system of service quality,ETC)at the national leading level... |
