At present on transformer substation and communication station's direct current source, it's the battery charger and battery protective system matched to the system of a group of battery series connection by several storage batteries. In the whole group of battery is charged and protected, and the total voltage of the group of battery is only assured to be not higher than the highest voltage in charging and not lower than the lowest voltage in discharging.However, due to the no equal properties such as internal resistance, self-discharging, capacity of single battery etc, especially in the application of limit voltage, some batteries may be overcharged or over discharged, then after a long time, these batteries will be damaged in advance and the destroyed battery will affect other batteries, causing the early damage to the whole storage of battery.Aim at the present serious problem that charging engine and battery protective system only charge the whole group of battery, this paper brings forward a new method of uniform charging——battery time-sharing charging management system(BTMS) and design the intellectual average charging management system, which can assure that every battery in the group can be charged fully and every battery will not be overcharged and over discharged. The design perfects the capacity utilization of battery group and pulls off the life of battery.This paper investigates the developments of the storage battery intelligence charge and discharge system and according as the characteristic of maintenance of the storage battery in the transformer substation and communication station. We put forward the project of battery storage's intelligent uniform charging and control system. The system adopts micro control unit (MCU) to control main broad for circulatory inspecting every single battery's running-state with simulating manual work. Meanwhile we pre-establish the parameter of charging and discharging in the system. In the whole process, MCU only inspects one battery's voltage in once time. If the voltage doesn't achieve pre-establishing value, then the system charges this. If achieve, the system will disconnect this battery and automatically turn to next one. These steps will end when whole storage of battery is inspected and be recycled.The paper accomplishes hardware design about battery storage's intelligent uniform charging and control system. My work include main control system, data (voltage, current etc) gather system, and display system of hardware design; circulatory inspecting and charging software, analog signal to digital signal(A/D) software, data display software. The paper emphasizes how to realize 24 batteries' circulatory inspecting and technology of charging hardware and software, relay array, in-chips A/D, extension I/O port, print circuit broad(PCB) anti-jamming etc. My research settles foundation for perfect function and market popularize in next step.
