In recent years,the speed and mileage of high-speed railway construction in China have grown rapidly,contact network as the main power supply equipment of high-speed rail,affecting the safety of train operation,it is necessary to regularly check the contact network parameters.Due to the development of radar,ultrasonic,laser and other ranging sensors,as well as computer and image recognition technology,non-contact and automated detection has begun to develop rapidly,has become the main detection method of the contact network now.Contact network detection device is generally installed in the test vehicle or by tractor traction to achieve automatic detection,a simple operation,smooth operation,stable operation of electric tractor has become the needs of the railway sector,this thesis mainly studies the electric tractor system for high-speed rail contact network detection.First,the mechanical structure of the tractor was designed according to the characteristics and requirements of the railway inspection and the parameter selection was completed,including the guide wheel,driving wheel,driving device,operating platform,bottom control board,battery,lighting lamp and profile lamp.Adopt dual motor drive,complete the control of the traction action through the operation platform,including acceleration,deceleration,cruise at constant speed and braking,etc.Complete the bottom control of the motor and lights through the bottom control board,the tractor is small in size,easy to carry,and can be completed for the traction task,the overall design plan of the electric traction vehicle control system was determined,which defined the direction for the subsequent specific design.Secondly,studied and studied the structure,commutation process and mathematical model of the brushless DC motor,using current and speed double closed-loop control,using Matlab / Simulink software to build a simulation model,and by analyzing the simulation results,the speed loop and current loop use fuzzy PI control And PI control strategy,using PWM_ON_PWM modulation mode motor control effect is better.Using Altium Designer 10 software to complete the circuit schematic diagram of the control system and the design of the PCB,can drive the brushless DC motor with position sensor and position sensorless,complete the hardware design of the control system.Finally,the system control program is written through Keil 5 software.The function of each module of the control system and the traction effect on the railway line are tested.The results show that the electric traction vehicle can complete specific control functions and traction tasks,and has certain test and promotion value.
