Agricultural machinery plays a very important supporting role in the development of modern agriculture.Tractor as the main power source of agricultural machinery,its performance level directly affects the development process of the entire agricultural mechanization.At present,China's tractor power output system is not highly automated,and multiple joystick not only causes trouble to the operator,but also takes up space in the cab.After fully research the status of the tractor dynamic output system at home and abroad,based on the characteristics of the tractor dynamic output system,the design scheme of the tractor dynamic output control system is determined,and the power output of the tractor dynamic output shaft(Power Take-off,simply called "PTO")control system is designed.After analyzing and testing the characteristics,we have completed the related test items such as transmission efficiency characteristics and stability.The electronically controlled shifting operation method of the controller is described.The principle of the gear shifting,the power transmission system and the electronically controlled shifting fork design principle are analyzed to improve the precision and speed of the electronically controlled shifting.After combining theoretical analysis,the design of the control system is completed.microcontroller chip as the controller chip,detailed description of the controller's minimum system circuit,power circuit,independent button circuit,LCD display circuit,stepper motor drive circuit,and complete the circuit principle Diagram design and PCB board drawing.Combining with the controller hardware circuit,the software of the control system was written and debugged with Keil software,and the software design and preparation of the controller functions were completed.According to the structure and principle of the tractor power output transmission system,the mutual connection of each component assembly is completed,and an electrically controlled PTO test stand is successfully built.Based on the virtual instrument technology,the optimization of the measurement and control system application software was completed on the Labview software platform,and the test bench test was performed for data recording,calculation,characteristic curve rendering,and remote operation.Based on the PTO performance test test of the tractor power output system designed in this paper,the collected data are processed,and the tables and characteristic curves obtained are analyzed through pain,which proves that the designed electronically-controlled PTO is feasible and meets the tractor PTO test.Taiwan performance test requirements,electronically controlled power output device control system is running well.The test bench has the characteristics of easy operation,short test cycle,strong platform scalability,and high adaptability,that is,improved efficiency,and laid the foundation for the upgrade and technology promotion of the test bench in the later stage.
