As an important foundation form,pile foundation is widely used in various fields such as industrial and civil construction,highway,railway,etc.It is especially effective to adopt pile foundation in strata that cannot meet the bearing capacity or settlement requirements of buildings.Because the pile foundation is buried underground,it is a concealed project,and its engineering quality is controlled by many factors.If the quality is defective,it will directly affect the safety and normal operation of the upper main structure.Therefore,it is the key link to ensure the safety of the whole project to carry out the quality inspection of pile foundation engineering to ensure the safety of pile foundation and meet the requirements of engineering quality.Purpose:On the basis of collecting and sorting out a large amount of data,this paper summarizes several commonly used detection methods at home and abroad,such as pile foundation bearing capacity detection,pile body integrity detection and pile body internal force detection,etc.,and analyzes the test principles,methods and purposes of various detection methods,as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages.Method:Taking the pile foundation engineering quality inspection of a power plant in Shangqiu as the research object,the vertical compressive static load test of single pile,stress test of pile body and pile tip,horizontal static load test of single pile,high strain and low strain detection methods are carried out.Through static load test,high strain dynamic testing and theoretical formula,three methods are compared and analyzed。Conclusion:Compared with ordinary bored piles with mud wall protection,the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of pile foundation after post grouting has been greatly improved.However,compared with the three methods after post grouting,when there is no problem with the integrity of pile body,the test results of the three methods are basically consistent,reaching the design expectation.Through the results of static load test,high strain dynamic testing and theoretical formula,it can be seen that the settlement trend of single pile increases with the increase of load,but there are differences.The settlement value obtained by high strain dynamic testing is basically the same as that calculated by theoretical formula,and the result of static load test is much larger.Through the research in this paper,the applicability and effectiveness of various pile foundation detection methods are tested,and the differences existing in the actual operation process of various methods are clarified.The obtained results can provide corresponding data support and technical support for the same type of projects.
