The Application Of The Technology Of The Pile Foundation Testint In High-Rise Construction Project

With the development of the society and the economy,pile foundation is one of the most important form of the foundation,also many productions have been acquired.In the process of the pile foundation construction,the testing of pile foundation is an essential link.The pile foundation testing is the important and comprehensive measure to the single pile supporting capacity and contents on pile body quality,it is also the basis whether it appraises the pile foundation project qualified and it is to strengthening the weak piles.Also because the pile foundation is the concealed work,after therefore its testing and accident processing is difficult.therefore,all needs to carry on the essential testing after the village base design and the construction,guarantees the pile foundation project the quality.At first,previous methods to sudy performance of pile groups under loads are reviewed and present research development in and out of China is discussed in detail in this paper.Then the summary analysis to the present methods of pile foundation testing has been carried on.Finally,some high-level apartment building pile foundation project quality testing was taken as the object of study.Based on the massive material of foundation collected,ultimate bearing capacity of single pile was determined in ways of and so on.The distinction of the four ways and the reasons for the distinction was found.We can get the results from the four ways of standard,static loading test,high strain,finite element simulation that the limit supporting capacity obtained from each method are consistent.but also has the difference.Because high strain infliction power load on pile,moves the load in this kind under the function,pile side,tip of pile earth intensity display degree and pile soil phase to displacement obviously load size function influence.Also in the process of the high strain analysis,the biggest elastic displacement,the damping factor is artificial defined,and the fitting result has the human factor,in present dead load experiment head of pile displacement for head of pile actual displacement.In the process of the finite element analog computation,the parameter which selects mostly is the weighted average.but the actual chart of static loading test for the soil around pile and tip of pile is a comprehensive effect of different model parameter soil layer.
