At present,China’s high-speed railways are developing rapidly,and high-speed EMUs have become an indispensable means of transportation in modern society because of their fast speed,safety and comfort.With the increase of the operating mileage of high-speed railways,more and more bow net failures due to wear and failure of catenary parts.Positioners and positioning supports are key components in high-speed rail contact networks.According to site statistics,during a three-year catenary overhaul of a high-speed railway in China,it was found that a number of positioners and positioning supports caused severe wear and Affects driving safety.In order to reduce bow and net failures and ensure the safety of high-speed EMUs,it is necessary to study the wear performance of positioners and positioning bearings.This article takes the high-speed railway catenary locator and positioning support as the research object,and studies the wear performance of the high-speed rail catenary locator and positioning support through a combination of theoretical analysis,bow-net dynamic simulation technology and wear test.First,according to the principles of mechanics to build a mathematical model locator stress analysis,structural analysis of the relationship between the shackle contact with the locator force,calculated based on the theory-Archard abrasion wear,constructed and positioning bearing locator wear mathematical model to analyze the positioner and positioning of different structures contacting state shackle bearing wear characteristics;Second,a bow-net coupling model is established based on the finite element theory.Dynamic simulation technology obtained different numbers of positioner lifting displacement curves and positioner force curves at the joints of the contact net anchor segment.Based on the damage equivalent theory,the equivalent displacement principle of the positioner was proposed and the wear test program spectrum was written.The wear tester for the positioner and the positioning support was designed and built.The wear test of different working conditions was performed based on the program spectrum.Research shows that the contact state between the positioner and the positioning support is related to the force of the positioner.According to the test results,the vertical force at the positioner is 78 N,When the horizontal force of the positioner is greater than 10 N,the contact state between the positioner and the positioning support is a single point contact;When the horizontal force of the device is 10 N or less,the contact state between the positioner and the positioning support is two point contact.When the contact state between the positioner and the positioning support is a single point contact,the amount of wear generated by the positioner and the positioning support is very small.The contact method between the positioner and the positioning support is two point contact.When the relative movement of the positioner and the positioning support is a sliding movement,the wear of the positioner and the positioning support significantly increases,and the wear amount is perpendicular to the positioner.The displacement is proportional to the force of the positioner.
