| With the development of China’s social economy and rail transportation industry,companies have developed a variety of high-speed train products and accumulated a large amount of design experience and knowledge.High-speed train design knowledge,as an intangible property of enterprises,has increasingly become a key influence on product competitiveness.factor.How to effectively manage and utilize design knowledge and avoid redundant design work has become an urgent problem for enterprises.Due to the diversity and complexity of high-speed train design knowledge,traditional knowledge management systems cannot efficiently describe and retrieve design knowledge.Based on the actual needs of high-speed train manufacturing enterprises,this paper uses the ontology technology to effectively express the design knowledge of high-speed trains and realize the efficient reuse of knowledge.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)Combing the connotation of high-speed train design knowledge,analyzing the characteristics of high-speed train design knowledge,classifying and specifying it,constructing a three-dimensional knowledge space based on the relationship between design knowledge,and determining the representation of high-speed train design knowledge And search research framework and technical route.(2)Research the method of design knowledge expression based on ontology.By analyzing the content and characteristics of high-speed train design knowledge,combining the characteristics of existing knowledge expression methods,the ontology technology is introduced to express the high-speed train design knowledge.First,obtain original materials from knowledge sources such as networks and corporate knowledge management systems,and combine knowledge mining technology to realize semi-automatic extraction of concepts and relationships of high-speed train design ontology,define data attributes and axiom rules,complete the construction of high-speed train design knowledge ontology,and use the ontology to construct The software protégé manages the ontology in a structured manner,and uses OWL semantics to describe part of the knowledge of the high-speed train.Finally,according to the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneity of high-speed train design knowledge,the knowledge documents are semantically labeled.(3)Researched the research method of ontology-based semantic retrieval.The ultimate purpose of knowledge expression is to help designers better manage and use knowledge.Traditional keyword retrieval only focuses on character matching and ignores the semantic relationship between knowledge,which affects the efficiency of designers in finding knowledge.This paper uses high-speed train design The rich semantic information of the knowledge ontology is used to semantically expand the user’s needs,and the semantic similarity algorithm is used to find the knowledge with semantic association in the knowledge base to support the reuse of design knowledge.Finally,Develop a high-speed train design knowledge semantic retrieval system based on the theoretical method of expressing and retrieving high-speed train design knowledge,verify the superiority of the latter by comparing the effects of keyword retrieval and semantic retrieval,and conduct knowledge management for high-speed train production enterprises.And reuse provides a reference. |
