With the rapid development of social economy in China and the acceleration of the process of urban agglomeration, the rail transit in urban agglomeration has developed from single mode to multiple modes. However, due to the limitation of traditional technology and management system,a variety of systems have their own policies and different information, and they fail to realize mutual linkage, resulting in the decline of transportation capacity, efficiency and service quality. The regional rail transit hub is the heart of the regional rail transit network, and the research on the collaborative transport organization of the hub has become the core to solve the problem. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of regional rail transit synergy, this thesis systematically explored the optimization method of regional rail transit hub transfer, and constructed a hub transfer collaborative service system with four synergies as the main framework. The four main contents included:(1)Passenger transfer time coordination. In order to solve the transfer problem of cross-urban rail transit and commuter rail transit,on the one hand, the minimum transfer waiting time with time-dependent weight was considered, and on the other hand, the traffic volume balance of commuter rail transit was considered to match the traffic volume of partial periods,so as to build a dual-objective model and simplify the problem with linear weighting method. This thesis took Chengdu East Railway Station as an example, the collaborative optimization analysis was carried out to obtain the train departure time with the lowest value of the total objective function,in which the waiting time of passengers on the upstream and downstream is reduced by 6.2% and 8.4% respectively.(2)Spatial routes coordination of passenger flow. This thesis sorted out the categories of flow routes in the hub, proposed the definition method of flow route level based on flow route category and number of passengers, set up the obstruction coefficient to measure the smoothness of the flow routes, constructed the flow route optimization model based on route level, route obstruction coefficient and route distance, and took the minimum passenger transfer cost as the objective function.Based on the analysis of the design example, the optimized route scheme can reduce the number of conflict points and bottlenecks and reduce the transfer cost by 6.9% on the basis of a small increase in transfer distance.(3)Information system coordination. This thesis combed the current problems of hub information system, analyzed the needs of passengers and operators for information system construction, designed the information collaboration system architecture centered on information exchange platform, and proposed the application functions of collaborative information system from three aspects of passenger flow analysis, operation organization and linkage security. At the same time,it analyzed the supporting platform of information system collaboration, such as database, communication system and the key technology of information collaboration application.(4)Operation management coordination. This thesis analyzed the importance of the unified management organization, and put forward the regional rail transit coordinated dispatching mechanism based on the common rail dispatching center, the high-speed rail dispatching center and the urban rail transit dispatching center. From the aspects of rules and regulations, transfer process, security inspection, ticket purchase, facilities and equipment and services, and by referring to the relevant advanced management experience at home and abroad,it put forward the coordination of operation management in the hub Implementation plan.
