On The Perfection Of Green Building Legislation In China

Green building is in line with the concept of sustainable development strategy of resources and energy in China.Green building in China starts late and develops rapidly,which leads to the serious shortage of theoretical support and national legal regulation of green building,which can not provide sufficient foundation and basis for promoting green building legislation.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party clearly proposed to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China.It is pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation."
