Innovative Research On The Design Of Biochemical Experimental Equipment

Through the implementation of Quality Function Deployment,the analysis model is further explored.Through the investigation and study of the consumers,the voice of the consumers is transformed into a technical language which is easily understood by the designers,and the house of quality is further built.Thus,the subjective customer needs are visualized to reveal the technical characteristics that affect consumer satisfaction to the greatest extent,which can provide more guidance and inspiration and point out the direction for design work.Based on the change and development of the times,in order to improve the independent innovation design ability of biochemical experiment instrument in our country,through the investigation and analysis,pipette is taken as the research object,which is very frequently used by researchers and is urgently required to improve its design,and the study is carried out around it.Through questionnaires,interviews,surveys,and building house of quality,it is discovered that shape and size of the handle,shape and size of the ejector and the elastic force of the operating rod are very important technical characteristics that affect consumer satisfaction for a pipette,the texture and material of the handle,the smoothness of the handle and the shape and size of the operation button are important characteristics that affect the satisfaction of the consumer,the location of the operation button,the driving mode of the operating rod,the groove of the handle,the friction force of the suction nozzle and the location of the display window are general important characteristics that affect consumer satisfaction.According to the results of the analysis,the new products were designed.It is helpful for practice analysis and improvement of QFD,providing reference and contribution for the further application of QFD and the development of design and brand building of domestic instruments and equipment in the future.
