| According to the announcement issued by the China Internet Network Information Center,the number of Internet users in China is growing rapidly with the development of network technology,the popularity of the Internet,and the launch of large e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and JD.com,making people’s consumption patterns happen The tremendous changes have caused tremendous impact on offline physical sales stores.It is imperative to change the corporate profit model.In 2016,the new retail proposed by Ma Yun quickly set off a wave of corporate reforms,and many companies have transformed the new retail profit model.New retail is the integration of online platforms,offline stores and logistics systems.Experiential consumption,the improvement of the industrial chain and the integration of resources in various channels are the key points for new retail to transform and upgrade traditional retail.It is different from the original e-commerce.It exists in different forms according to the individual needs of users,and it is a brand-new format integrating intelligent logistics.However,compared with sales in other industries,the home furnishing retail industry has the unique characteristics of low product attention,low consumption frequency and product homogeneity,which puts high demands on the R & D and innovation of the home furnishing industry.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore and analyze the profit model of the furniture manufacturing industry in the new retail environment.Based on the reading analysis of the existing research literature on new retail and profit models,this article takes the leading case of furniture manufacturing company Oupai Household as a specific case,from the perspective of new retail,through literature analysis and case analysis research methods,In-depth research and analysis of the current status of the profit model is expected to bring reference and inspiration to the development of other companies in the household industry.Through the analysis and arrangement of the development history of Oupai Home Furnishing,it analyzes its unique profit model: omni-channel sales,professional services and integrated operation of experiential consumption,and analyzes the elements of these profit models,from profit points to profit objects,In-depth analysis of profit measures and profit barriers,and then through research and analysis of its impact on financial results,the conclusion that the new retail profit model has a certain role in promoting the development of enterprises.Therefore,by summarizing and combining the characteristics of the European home furnishing profit model,this article proposes the following enlightenments and suggestions for enterprises in the same industry:first,build smart stores and strengthen the in-depth integration of online and offline;Strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise;third,strengthen management and enhance the profitability of the enterprise. |
