| Three meals a day are inseparable from all kinds of fresh food.As a place for fresh retail,it is an indispensable part of people’s life and has extremely important livelihood significance and social value.As a public place with high frequency of use,it is an important dynamic space of the city.Its products revolve around the daily life of residents and form an inseparable relationship with residents.Under the background that China’s economy has changed from extensive to high-quality development,the consumption concept has also changed with the development of economy.The fresh retail stores of the new retail model are rising rapidly to stimulate the experience of customers.Although the traditional standardized food market can not cope with the rapid changes of urban life,it contains the "fireworks" of many people’s lives,which is not available in the fresh food retail stores of new retail.In the future,the construction of fresh retail space should not only meet the growing material needs of residents,but also become a distribution center for urban life and cultural exchanges.At present,the research on the fresh retail space in Chengdu mainly stays in the traditional standardized vegetable market,and the research on the fresh retail space of new retail is less,mainly focusing on the planning and layout level.Taking Chengdu standardized vegetable market and HEMA fresh food store as the research object,through literature research and investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of fresh food retail space of traditional and new retail models in five aspects:surrounding environment,external space form,business layout,internal space characteristics and user activities,and then compares and analyzes their shortcomings and characteristics,Then through the practical design,the summarized design principles are explained in detail.This study can supplement the theoretical research on the standardized vegetable market and the new fresh retail space. |
