In recent years,the railway has developed rapidly in our country,especially the high-speed railway,has become one of the important transportation tools which is faster than the plane.In the course of people’s daily travel,the high-speed railway is also the first choice for more residents.High speed railway has the characteristics of fast transportation,good safety,large transportation capacity,low pollution emission and high price.So the passengers have higher requirements for high-speed railway transportation services when they pay large sums of money.However,as far as the actual situation is concerned,there are still some deficiencies in the service of high-speed railway,in particular,the lack of a perfect service system model.The emergence of this situation not only affects the improvement of the service level of high-speed railway transportation and the quality of service required by passengers,but also against the long-term development of high-speed railway transportation.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the construction of high-speed railway service system model,so as to build a more optimized transportation service system and model.In the process of the study,firstly,the characteristics of high-speed railway passenger transportation service are analyzed.Through the research and analysis of the current situation and service system characteristics,it is found that there are some problems and shortcomings in the current high-speed railway transportation service process,which is mainly reflected in the station services,train services and supporting services and many other aspects.The existing service system can not meet the passengers’ various services.Therefore,it is necessary to construct high-quality and perfect service system and mode as soon as possible.Secondly,in view of the existing problems in the study,from the three aspects of station service,train service and supporting services,chose the corresponding evaluation indexes and established the evaluation system of high-speed railway passenger transport service.Through further quantitative analysis,it is found that the current high-speed railway transportation service is in a basically good state,but there are some problems at the same time,which need to be actively faced and improved.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the high-speed railway transportation service,the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,and proposes to build a perfect customer service system model step by step.Through the analysis and research,we can qualitatively provide some reference opinions for improving the service level of high-speed railway passenger transportation in China,and better promote the development of China’s high-speed railway.
