Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is a symbol of the era. The economic development of the country and region have been promoted by its operation. But faced by the competition of internal and external transportation, in order to improve the service quality to attract tourists, it is important to study the passenger service system of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.Based on analysis of relevant literature at home and aboard, First,Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail passenger service system was established with its actual situation. Secondly,the main factors including station passenger service, train passenger services and station facilities services were put forward in the in the model of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway passenger service system..Thirdly,in order to analyze the level of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway service, the survey including the details of station passenger service, train passenger services and station facilities services was carried out.Then statistical analysis of passenger service situation currently was conducted. The current main problem was analyzed, improved services were put forward in the future.Based on the current survey and index evaluation system,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established to evaluate high-speed rail passenger service.The results showed that the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail passenger service system was in a good level. The measures were proposed based on the problems of passenger services of the existing line. The waiting room should be simplified and reduced in the new construction or renovation high-speed railway passenger station. The entry and exit channels should be Widen. At the same time, the entry and exit wicket should be increased. In order to meet the requirements of efficiency, intelligent tickets and automatic ticket wicket should be developed.The service of identity-oriented design of station in the peak period, wireless Internet service of train, visual TV video programs, transfer in different traffic mode and the flexible design of the travel needs of disabled people should be improved.In order to improve the quality of high-speed rail passenger service for disabled people, the service from the heart should be provided in the design stage of the high-speed rail station.Barrier-free design was researched which included the three aspect of train,station,and station facilities.The disabled people including the mobility impaired,visually impaired, hearing impaired had been studied. The measures including barrier-free elevators design, continuous flow line dumm drift design,ramp design, braille and audio facilities design had been discussed based on the service concept of people-based. Finally, flexible management including improved high-speed rail passenger service management system,improved the standard of passenger service and grasp passenger service skills had been studied in the paper.In short, based on the study of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail passenger service system mode,the support of rational thinking would be provided for its future passenger service work.
