Urban Park Green Space Layout Evaluation Study Under The Concept Of Fairness

Urban park green space is an important part of urban public space.It plays an important role in urban entertainment,recreation,ecology,culture,disaster prevention and other aspects.With the development of the economy and society,people’s living standards are improved.In the new era,cities pay more attention to green development and quality improvement,while residents prefer a healthy lifestyle and are more inclined to be close to nature.Urban park green space provide people with the possibility of leisure,sports and communication so that its spatial layout will directly affect the quality of urban public spaces and the quality of residents life.In the past urban park green space layout,city planners usually configure urban park green space according to indicators such as service radius,green space per capita or green space rate,but this method does not take into account the actual conditions and social factors actually.Nowadays,in a market-oriented environment,the gap between the rich and the poor has widened,the social space has been isolated,and social achievements have been occupied by a small number of people,which made different social groups own different ability to enjoy urban park green space and made social equity become the new goal of new urbanization.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the fairness of the current urban park green space in order to ensure the fair sharing of urban park green space by all residents.Existing studies have separately discussed the fairness of residents enjoying different types of urban park green space,the fairness of residents in different geographic spatial locations,and the fairness of residents in different socioeconomic levels.However,studies that comprehensively consider the above factors still lack.At the same time,the research is mostly carried out in administrative units,and establish a spatial network in GIS,which makes the evaluation not refined enough to reflect the specific spatial problems,and is not conducive to the later implementation of optimization.In order to effectively solve the social unfair problem and provide a reference for planning,the author carry out a more comprehensive evaluation of the green space layout under the concept of fairness to make the evaluation results have more reference value.Firstly,re-examine the research of studies on the connotation of fairness,combined with the characteristics of green space,the author puts forward the targeted fair connotation.The fairness of green space layout should be such that residents in different geographic spatial locations and different socio-economic levels can enjoy different types of urban park green land fairly.It specifically includes a fair collection of spatial availability,spatial accessibility,and social accessibility and has influencing factors of supply,connection and demand.Secondly,the author uses spatial grid and network open source data to build an evaluation model.It should be considered separately from the residents’ amusement needs and daily needs,and divide green space into two types as amusement and daily,so as to improve the accuracy of the results.Then evaluate "spatial availability" by the supply and demand capacity of green space,evaluate "spatial accessibility" based on the gravity two-step mobile search method,and evaluate "social accessibility" from the coordination of green space layout with residents spatial distribution and their socio-economic level.Then,take Baoding City as an example to carry out evaluation research and find problem areas with high population density,low amusement accessibility,low daily accessibility or blind daily service and low socio-economic levels.Finally,based on the evaluation results and theoretical research,explore the reasons for the unfair spatial layout and propose optimization strategies.The unfairness layout is the result of the joint action of subjective and objective.The current spatial layout should be evaluated with the concept of fairness.The fairness of the space layout should be improved from the aspects of park green space,space layout and planning management.
