China has been attaching great importance to the construction of urban drinking water projects in recent years,and the development of intelligent water supply system has become an inevitable trend in the near future.The enabling technologies,such as Internet of Things(Io T)and big data,especially the rapid development of Narrow-Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)technology in recent years,are providing strong technical support for the construction of intelligent water supply systems.At present,most of the county and town areas in China still adopt low sufficient manual meter reading way,and the water information still has not been reasonably utilized.According to the practical needs of water supply enterprises,a set of NB-IoT based intelligent water supply system is designed which provides information services such as remote meter reading,self-accounting management and water consumption prediction,etc.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this subject,followed by analyzing the research status on related technologies at home and abroad.Then some key problems in intelligent water supply researches are pointed out,and finally the arrangements for the main contents of this paper are introduced.The second chapter describes the overall design of NB-IoT based intelligent water supply system.The system design objectives are analyzed from the aspects of database design,server-end design and water consumption prediction scheme,etc.The overall architecture,functional structure,technical route based on cloud platform,as well as the overall water consumption prediction scheme based on artificial intelligence algorithm are planed and designed then in this chapter.The third chapter illustrates the data storage and management plan based on the My SQL database.As for data storage of water consumption,this system adopts the method of data flow analysis and the data relationship analysis to design the database.The function modules of the system are divided,and the database E-R diagram,normalization mode and data table of the five sub-modules are designed in detail.The fourth chapter introduces the intelligent water system service terminal based on NB-IoT.Firstly,four functional modules are analyzed,including NB-IoT remote meter reading module based on NIO nonblocking communication mode,user account module based on hierarchical management,billing management module based on We Chat payment,and abnormal alarm module based on timing automatic polling technology.Secondly,the system security service module based on network information security technology is proposed.Finally,the MVC framework is adopted and the system function is realized through the Java programming language.The water consumption prediction scheme based on artificial intelligence algorithm is put forward in the fifth chapter.Firstly,the research status and existing problems of water consumption prediction is analyzed,and a short-term water consumption prediction scheme based on LSTM is proposed.After pre-processing of the water data,a water consumption prediction model based on LSTM is established,which is optimized by Attention mechanism,and the important parameters of the model are optimized.Compared with BP neural network and ARIMA,the test results show that the accuracy of the prediction model using LSTM is much improved.In the sixth chapter,the system software platform is constructed.The problems encountered in the deployment and commission stadge are well solved,and each module of the system is tested from the two aspects of system function and performance.The module functions of the cloud platform are tested by using the automatic test tools combined with the manual test method.Jmeter is used to test the pressure resistance and stability of the cloud platform.The intelligent water supply system based on NB-IoT developed in this paper has successfully completed various functions such as remote meter reading,user hierarchical management,self accounting,abnormal alarm and water consumption prediction,etc.This system has been put into operation in real practice and the original objectives are well achieved which demostrates that the proposed technical scheme can provide valuable reference for those similar water supply systems.
