| China’s economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,"quality first" and "quality power" have been written into the report of the19 th National Congress of the CPC at the same time,which shows that the Party attaches great importance to quality work.With the influx of a large number of enterprises into the construction industry,leading to increasingly fierce competition among enterprises.In order to realize the transformation from "extensive development" to "refined development",enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and strengthen the cost management of construction projects,it has become a problem that construction enterprises must face.Taking EPC project management of company a as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of project cost management,such as inadequate cost prediction in the bidding stage,inadequate cost control in the construction stage,and inadequate cost finalization in the settlement stage,by adopting the theory of project cost management,the theory of whole process management and the theory of value chain.The reasons for the problems include: not managing cost from the perspective of internal value chain,neglecting the cost management of external value chain and lack of information system support based on value chain.Thirdly,in view of the above problems,the project cost management scheme design is completed from the aspects of management process design,support strategy,value chain cost management information sharing platform,external value chain,etc.;finally,based on the price,the project cost management scheme design is proposed from the aspects of improving the management organization,evaluating the effect after the implementation of the design improvement scheme,strengthening the introduction and training of value chain personnel and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture Value chain a company EPC project cost management implementation countermeasures. |
