Research On Evaluation Of Cost Management Effect Of Metro Construction Project Based On Value Chain

In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of cities,urban residents’ demand for transportation has increased day by day,and subway construction is facing sustained and prosperous development.For construction companies,subway construction brings more opportunities to them,and fierce market competition also makes them face huge challenges.If construction companies want to gain a foothold in the metro field,the key is to do a good job in cost management.At present,there are abundant researches on the theory of cost management,but the actual cost management of subway construction projects still has great deficiencies.In this context,in order to improve the status quo of cost management of subway construction projects and improve the level of cost management of construction enterprises,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the cost management of subway construction projects based on the theory of value chain.First of all,based on the relevant research of subway project cost management,value chain cost management,and cost management evaluation,combined with the characteristics of subway construction projects,the value chain theory is introduced,and the key points of cost management are carried out from the bidding stage,the start preparation stage,the project construction stage,and the completion stage.Through analysis,the evaluation index system of the cost management effect of the subway construction project value chain was initially constructed,and the evaluation indexes were optimized by issuing questionnaires,and then SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the questionnaire data,and the subway construction with 4 elements and 28 evaluation indexes was established.Project value chain cost management effect evaluation index system.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are used to calculate the index weights,and the multi-level extension method is selected as the evaluation method.On this basis,the evaluation level is divided and set,and the evaluation model of the cost management effect of the value chain of the subway construction project is constructed.Finally,based on the constructed evaluation index system and evaluation model of the cost management effect of the value chain of subway construction projects,combined with specific cases,the evaluation of the cost management effect of the value chain of subway construction projects was realized,which verified the feasibility and practicability of the model.From the perspective of construction companies,the research in this paper provides new ideas for the evaluation of cost management effects of subway construction projects.The construction of models can achieve cost management effect evaluation,which is helpful for enterprises to understand and master the cost management of subway construction projects.Provide reference for follow-up projects,find key directions to reduce costs,improve their economic benefits,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
