| Global automobile enterprises are undergoing the transition of "electrification"accompanied by risks and challenges.Because the range of electric vehicles cannot meet the needs of users,the "Range Anxiety" problem has become a psychological barrier for the majority of electric vehicle users.As a result,more and more companies increasingly pay attention to the interaction designs focused on user experience.In such a context,alleviating user anxiety through interactive means can be useful,which can turn technical problems into design problems.Based on the analyses of the causes of "Range Anxiety" and the psychological characteristics of users,this research built user models to discover user requirements and design opportunities.Under the guidance of interdisciplinary research methods,Chapter two adopt the General System Theory and cognitive psychology theory to construct design strategies of high feasibility.In addition,the process and framework of the interaction design were constructed based on the five levels of "The elements of user experience".Because of the particularity of the "Human-car Interaction",higher requirements are needed for humanized design methods.At last,the design practice proved the rationality and feasibility of the design strategy based on a conceptualized design scheme of electric vehicle power management.The innovation of this research is to make information perceptible and driving mileage and battery life controllable by means of design.By studying the task demands of electric vehicle users in different stages and contexts,the user experience method and system theory were introduced to built the task process.By systematic design,intelligent mobile terminals,vehicle-mounted interactive terminals and charging pile terminals can interconnect and interact with each other to realize information sharing.The visual design of humanized concept can make information perceptible;Reasonable distribution of charging resources can be realized through intelligent navigation design and trip planning.AR-HUD technology can help users develop a good habit of driving operation and make the degree of "range anxiety"controllable.The technological barriers might not be broken through by means of design,but it can help users relieve the psychological stress caused by "range anxiety"to build their confidence.Moreover,by means of design,the potential of electric vehicles can be maximized;the resources can be allocated rationally and the user experience can be optimized so as to promote the transformation of "electrification" of the global automobile industry. |
