With the development of information technology,the battlefield frequency equipment multiplies daily which makes the battlefield electromagnetic environment increasingly complex.Therefore,in order to ensure the stable military communications,research on spectrum anti-jamming technology has become the key to coping with future electronic warfare.In addition,with the development of cognitive radio theory,the use of dynamic spectrum access technology to ensure communication has also become the trend of developing spectrum anti-jamming technology.Existing studies on dynamic spectrum anti-jamming technology are mostly devoted to improvement in the algorithm level while ignoring the channel characteristics of the actual communication environment.Given above problems,this paper concentrates on both communication structure and algorithm.The traditional communication has been improved referred to the basic idea of Software Defined Network(SDN)and the spectrum decision algorithm has been proposed based on reinforcement learning algorithm.By using graphical programming language Lab VIEW and Universal Software Radio Peripheral(USRP)as software and hardware implementation platforms,respectively,we constructed a dynamic spectrum anti-jamming system for spectrum confrontation games.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:1.Based on the concept of the SDN software-defined network,the traditional communication system structure has been improved by separately transforming frequency control signal and service information.The spectrum management center takes charge of centralized control and allocation of spectrum resources,while the anti-jamming frequency management chain transmits frequency signal which is used for information exchange between the frequency management center and frequency service equipment.Frequency signal transmission is short-term burst communication.The spectrum management center and anti-jamming frequency management chain replace the previous control link,and bring about strong anti-jamming and anti-interception properties.2.Aiming at the problem of spectrum access in the complex electromagnetic environment of the battlefield,a spectrum decision algorithm based on reinforcement learning has been proposed.The channel selection problem is transformed into a Markov decision process problem,and an evaluation function is designed by evaluating different channel transmission states to choose from channels for continuously stable communication.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional instantaneous optimal strategy,the spectrum decision algorithm based on reinforcement learning can obtain longer and stable communication time.3.By means of the software radio platform,a dynamic spectrum anti-jamming communication system for spectrum confrontation games has been established.The system includes a spectrum management link subsystem,a wireless service transmission subsystem and a spectrum confrontation game subsystem.The spectrum management link subsystem is the core of this system for that the center uses a spectrum decision algorithm based on reinforcement learning to implement the functions of centralized management and unified allocation of spectrum resources on frequency equipment.The test results verify that the system has stronger anti-jamming performance.
