With the developments of research on space life sciences,precision micro-manipulation technology for micro-nano particles such as living cells plays an increasingly important role in the fundamental research of human spaceflight and biomedical research in the space environment.It is one of the critical technologies that needs to be accomplished for investigating advanced instruments to perform scientific experiments for life research in space conditions.Major contents and achievements in this research are as follows:Generalize the acoustic control technology’s development history and latest progress,and describe the significance and necessity of this research.Compare the structural characteristics of the existing acoustic control platforms,and propose a design method of precision acoustic control platforms based on artificial microstructures.Analyze the relationship between the vibration mode of the quartz substrate and the microstructure vibration form in detail.Based on the perturbation theory,a calculation model for calculating the acoustic flow field around the artificial microstructure under the ultrasonic vibration is established in Comsol.Manufacture circular,linear and V-shaped artificial microstructures by lithography verify the relationship between the acoustic flow field distribution and vibration forms.Based on circular artificial microstructures and V-shaped artificial microstructures,particle manipulation experiments are implemented to explore different motion modes.Based on linear artificial microstructures and the introduction of machine vision feedback,a closed-loop acoustic control system was developed to transport the microparticles to the specified target position.The feasibility of intelligent programmable technology for micro-nano particles precision acoustic manipulation was discussed.
