| Electric hoist bridge cranes are essential material handling heavy machinery in modern factory buildings.However,on the one hand,China’s self-produced electric hoist bridge cranes generally suffer from old structural design,insufficient utilization of materials,and their great weight.On the other hand,the current domestic research on electric hoist bridge cranes is mainly focused on the further optimization of size and shape of traditional design of main girder,while the improvement of the electric hoist bridge crane and the weight reduction of the main beam are relatively small.This paper is derived from the actual project of the company.It analyzes and improves the traditional structure of the electric hoist bridge crane.Based on this,the topology optimization analysis combined with the simulation structure design,design is carried out to reduce the weight of the crane main beam and make the new electric hoist designed.The overhead crane has reached the project goal of reliable and economical structure.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the main parameters and components of the bridge crane,analyzes the structure of the traditional electric hoist bridge crane,uses the structure layout of low clearance,and on this basis makes structural improvement for the lifting and operating mechanisms of the bridge crane,redesigns some parts and builds a three-dimensional model.(2)The main beam is redesigned and modeled,and the main beam of the crane is analyzed by ANSYS to analyze the possibility of optimizing the design.(3)The concept of bionics is introduced,and according to the analysis of bone structure,an idea was proposed to replace the box girder webs with horizontal plates arranged in a certain pattern..Using the bionic topology optimization based on bone remodeling theory to optimize the main beam,remodeling the main beam after optimization,using ANSYS verification analysis,secondary optimization design is required,the secondary optimization after the main beam is remodeled,and ANSYS analysis is qualified.(4)Prototype is manufactured and tested and the test results and finite element analysis results are within the error.Under the premise of ensuring the strength and rigidity of the redesigned electric hoist bridge crane,the headroom height and the weight of the main beam are greatly reduced,which has reached the expected target. |
