The cement-concrete leveling machine is widely used in the leveling work of indoor floor and outdoor floor.It is a kind of mechanical equipment that can make the pavement flatness of cement concrete reach the specified standard.The cement-concrete leveling machine can satisfy the construction with large area and high requirements of flatness and levelness.In the course of leveling operation,the pavement roughness is not only related to the material and viscosity of cement concrete,but also related to the vibration force,driving speed and vibration frequency of the whole plate exerted by the leveling machine.The leveling machine ACTS on the cement concrete pavement,and the two are an integral part of each other.Based on jiangsu lesai laser equipment co.,LTD.,this paper carries out mechanical analysis and leveling control technology of cement concrete leveling,which is of great significance to improve the smoothness of cement concrete pavement.Based on the theory of multiple rigid body system dynamics,analyzes the multi-rigid-body system dynamics equation of motion and multi-rigid-body system dynamics modeling theory and numerical solution,the solution was given by using the ADAMS multi-rigid-body system dynamics,the basic algorithm,analyses the kinematics characteristics of simple harmonic motion,the hydraulic control system,PID servo control system and the theory of laser leveling technology research.According to the cement concrete leveling machine model simplification principle and parameters of acquiring,using virtual prototype simulation software ADAMS,concrete leveling machine system dynamics model is established,including ground dragon,scraper,screed,laser receiver and walking device was considered in the system,and carries on the model validation,proved that cement concrete leveling machines,the feasibility of the system dynamics model.MATLAB software was used to establish the mathematical model of cement concrete pavement,and the relationship between the driving speed of the leveling machine and IRI of pavement roughness was obtained under different vibration frequencies.The curve of the relationship between the vibration frequency applied to the whole plate and IRI of road roughness under different driving speeds is obtained.With the international flatness index IRI less than 3.0 as the standard,the change curve of the relationship between the running speed of the leveling machine and the frequency applied by the whole plate is obtained.The relationship between the excitation force and the road roughness under different vibration frequencies is obtained.The simulation results show that under different vibration frequencies,the road roughness increases with the increase of the driving speed of the leveling machine,and when the frequency changes from 30 Hz to 90 Hz,the change rate of road roughness also decreases from0.096 to 0.032,indicating that the vibration frequency is higher and the change rate of road roughness is smaller and smaller.Under different driving speeds,the road roughness decreases exponentially with the increase of vibration frequency,and the smaller the driving speed of the leveling machine is,the smaller the difference of road roughness is.When the driving speed is 10m/min,the difference of road roughness under different frequencies is only 2.552 mm,and the road roughness is better.Under the action of low frequency,the excitation force has a great influence on the road roughness,and the road roughness gradually decreases with the increase of vibration frequency.When the excitation frequency is set at 50 Hz,the road roughness of the leveling machine can reach the specified standard when the driving speed of the leveling machine is lower than 52.23m/min.At low frequency and low speed,the internal cohesive force of cement concrete has obvious influence on the pavement roughness,and the greater the internal cohesive force of cement concrete is,the worse the pavement roughness is.Roughness tester cement concrete slab are established to leveling machine speed and the whole plate vibration frequency as the independent variable,smoothness of cement concrete slab test analysis,the test results compared with the results of simulation,and the test accuracy of test results is performed error analysis and the analysis of the results of simulation error rate calculation.When the vibration frequency is 30 Hz,the measured value of the flatness of cement concrete panel is4.674 mm,the test accuracy of the two groups is 9.6% and 8.8% respectively,and the error rate of the simulation results is 3.8%.When the vibration frequency is 60 Hz,the measured values of the flatness of the cement concrete panel are 2.262 mm and2.322 mm,respectively.The test accuracy of the two groups is 4% and 5%respectively,and the error rate of the simulation results is 4.8%.When the running speed of the leveling machine is 30m/min,the measured values of the flatness of the cement concrete panel are 2.24 mm and 2.172 mm,respectively.The test accuracy of the two groups is 3.8% and 4.2%,respectively.The error rate of the simulation results is 4.5%.When the running speed of the leveling machine is 60m/min,the measured values of the flatness of the cement concrete panel are 3.374 mm and 3.408 mm,respectively.The test accuracy of the two groups is 6.2% and 7.2%,respectively,and the error rate of the simulation results is 3.2%.By analyzing the accuracy and error rate of the simulation and test results,the reliability of the test and simulation results is further verified.AMESIM software was used to establish the automatic lifting simulation hydraulic system of the whole plate and the laser receiver,and the comparative images of test data,input data and output data were analyzed and verified.The results show that the automatic lifting function of the laser receiving device is realized by using the input of the angular displacement sensor,data conversion and the control of the direction of the electromagnetic reversing valve.By using displacement sensor input,data conversion and solenoid valve to control the motion direction of hydraulic cylinder push rod,the automatic lifting function of vibrating whole plate can be well realized.The results given in this paper have certain reference value for the hydraulic control automation system of cement concrete leveling machine and the flatness optimization of cement concrete pavement. |
