Design And Simulation Study Of The Leveling Device For Metro Rail Concrete Base

In order to solve the traditional underground track concrete base leveling construction methods exist workers labor intensity,low efficiency,this paper designs a leveling device for metro rail concrete base,makes up for the existing models of paving leveling device cannot adapt to the subway tunnel construction environment,narrow tunnel in poor ventilation conditions lead to construction equipment exhaust emissions,such as insufficient hard,can not only reduce the labor intensity,and can improve the efficiency of construction.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the existing type of leveling machine and the comprehensive consideration of the special environment of the construction of subway concrete base,the structure design and construction scheme of a new type of concrete base leveling device is proposed.The hydraulic system of precision leveling work vehicle is designed.The model of hydraulic system is established by using AMESim software.According to the structure characteristics and working principle of the designed vibrating leveling device;The mathematical model of the vibration and leveling device is established,and the virtual prototype of the vibration and leveling device is established by using multi-body dynamics simulation software(ADAMS).Through the simulation analysis of the hydraulic system of precision leveling working vehicle,the feasibility of the hydraulic system design scheme of precision leveling working vehicle is verified.Through the dynamic simulation analysis of the vibration-leveling device,the optimal Angle position of the eccentric blocks corresponding to different characteristics of concrete under different rotating speeds is determined.The research result of this paper is of certain reference value for the research and development of subway concrete base leveling machine in the future.
