The construction method of bridge rotation has the advantages of fast construction speed and uninterrupted operation of existing lines,and is widely used.At present,the research on bridge horizontal rotation construction mainly focuses on the control of the manufacturing accuracy of the spherical hinge,the stress analysis of the cantilever beam,and the monitoring of the swivel construction.However,the calculation of the swivel traction force in the complex state,the structural response analysis of the swivel process and the turning The process safety analysis still needs further study.Based on the Wanjiagou Bridge project,this paper uses theoretical analysis and research methods of the actual bridge test to carry out swivel structure traction algorithm research,swivel structure weighing test and data analysis,swivel process simulation analysis and swivel structure Security analysis.The research results have reference value for the design and construction of similar bridges.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)In order to realize the calculation of the rotating traction force when considering the function of the foot support,a correction calculation method of traction force is proposed,and the analysis results are in good agreement with the actual measured data of the engineering.(2)The weighing test of the swivel structure of the Wanjiagou Bridge was carried out,the relationship between the jacking force and the deformation of the swivel structure was studied,and the influences of parameters such as unbalanced moment and friction coefficient before the turn were analyzed.(3)Using the response surface method(RSM),the simulation analysis of the swivel construction process of the Wanjiagou Bridge was realized,and the structural response under different swivel postures was mastered.The influences of parameters such as uneven track and turning speed on the structural stress were studied.(4)The influence of the initial state of the structure before the turning and the wind load during the turning on the anti-overturning stability and traction of the structure were studied,and it was proposed to meet the safe wind speed of the turning construction.
