It is difficult for the air moisture and heat to make a benign cycle with the surface,which leads to the increase of the surface temperature,causing the "heat island effect" and the difficulty of quickly removing the road surface water.This paper develops a color permeable cement concrete,researches on its raw material performance,hardened concrete performance,solid engineering construction process,quality control,and social and economic benefits,and studies the pan-alkali phenomenon in solid engineering,main work and conclusions as follows:First of all,in order to determine the amount of toner in colored concrete,it is estimated that 0.5% ~ 3% of the toner content will be used to test the concrete at 0.5%intervals.When the dye content is greater than 1.5%,the dyeing effect can be significantly improved.2% color has no obvious change.The 7d compressive strength test of concrete was used to compare the strength of permeable concrete formed by different aggregates.The test results showed that: under the same mix ratio,the compressive strength of concrete specimens mixed with 5mm ~ 10 mm broken pebbles as aggregates was better than limestone Crushed stone cement concrete.The effects of polymer type,polymer content and cement content on the mechanical properties of cement concrete were studied.The 7d compressive strength and flexural strength test results of concrete show that the addition of polymer will lead to the reduction of compressive strength,but SBR Latex can significantly improve the flexural strength of cement concrete.The recommended amount of SBR is 1.5% ~ 2%;the amount of cement has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of permeable concrete.By adjusting the amount of cement,the color polymer permeable cement concrete The strength can reach C20 concrete,but it is difficult to reach C30,which is suitable for use as a walking road.Secondly,the compressive strength and flexural strength of permeable concrete28 d,90d,and 180 d were tested in this paper.The results show that the mechanical properties increase with age.Through the permeability test to test the permeability of different colors of permeable concrete and different types of permeable concrete,it can be seen that the use of a single particle size aggregate as a skeleton to form permeable concrete can quickly achieve the purpose of permeation.The compressive strength of permeable concrete for 28 days without curing,standard curing,and immersion curing is used to characterize the strength of permeable concrete under long-term immersion.The results show that colored permeable concrete can withstand long-term water immersion without reducing its strength.By testing the dry shrinkage performance of the color permeable concrete under the age of 1d ~ 100 d,it can be seen that the color permeable concrete has been in a relatively obvious drying shrinkage state within the age of 90 d.When the age reaches 90 d,the dry shrinkage rate gradually stabilizes The maximum shrinkage rate of colored permeable concrete during the 100 d age is0.1109%.Finally,on the basis of the laboratory mix ratio,the production mix ratio of the solid project is adjusted according to the solid engineering materials,and the construction technology and quality control measures of the color permeable concrete pavement are summarized based on the solid project.The reason why pervious alkali is prone to occur in permeable concrete under long-term immersion is analyzed,and it is proposed that the pavement structure should be designed to ensure the drainage of the entire pavement structure and reduce the residence time of water in permeable concrete.In summary,the color permeable concrete developed in this paper has good mechanical properties,water permeability,water resistance and volume stability,and can be applied to the pavement of slow-moving road systems with good social and economic benefits.
