With the development of industrial enterprises and the advancement of science and technology,more and more small factors affecting production safety and work processes have been discovered,and the degree of attention has gradually increased,just like the issue of trace water content that is being studied today.The size of the trace moisture content determines the safety of the production process and the quality of the products produced.High-precision trace water analyzer is an important instrument used to detect trace water content.It has been widely used in various industries and has played a protective role in the entire production activity.There are many ways to analyze trace water content,but the Cassette Coulomb method is the most widely used method in comparison.The trace water analyzer studied in this paper relies on this method to measure the water content,that is,according to Faraday’s law of electrolysis,The single-chip microcomputer performs systematic and intelligent control,calculates the total amount of charge consumed in the electrolysis process,and finally obtains the size of the moisture content.The measurement result is more accurate than that of other measurement methods.The accuracy of the dew point meter is also compared with the measurement test.The result can also be seen that the accuracy of the dew point meter is relatively low.The thesis of this subject starts with the research and development background and its development trend,consults the information in detail to understand the relevant knowledge,analyzes and compares the characteristics and technology of the trace water analyzer at home and abroad,and finally determines the research and development of the trace water analyzer based on the Cassette Coulomb method..Immediately after that,the principle of the Cassette Coulomb method was described.Based on this,the hardware and software system were designed relying on the single-chip microcomputer as the core.The hardware design also takes into account issues such as device selection.The high-precision trace water analyzer is mainly composed of electrolysis system,hardware circuit and software program,and its structure and characteristics are introduced in detail for these three parts.Because of these improvements,the measurement accuracy has been improved by more than an order of magnitude.In order to realize the industrialization of the instrument,I also designed the appearance,function setting and operability of the instrument,and the automation of maintenance.The success of the research on this subject is not only of great significance to the measurement of trace water,but also fills the gap in the country.And it has the same meaning to the instrument that adopts the similar measuring system,the economic benefit and social benefit are remarkable.
