The research object of this article is established in 2014,A car company,the company is our country the rise of A new building cars across the industry emerging enterprises,the company’s main products are electric smart made cars,with the rapid development of information and network technology,information technology in A dramatic change in recent years,for the advent of the era of network provides A solid foundation,and the development trend of industry and theoretical concern all over the world and take the corresponding measures,in the field of transportation,put forward to the start of the concept of intelligent transportation industry has experienced A very short time,The revolutionary development opportunity of intelligent transportation is also highly valued in related fields."Internet + manufacturing" has become one of the most popular research topics and development trends,and will also have a far-reaching impact on the world economic situation in the next few decades.Under this background,the establishment of Company A is optimistic about the long-term development prospects of the industry,and it has certain technical reserves and strength.However,due to the influence of various factors after its establishment,Company A did not start mass production until four years later,and its market share is not ideal.In view of this situation,A company hopes to find out the crux of the problem and formulate corresponding countermeasures in time to solve the current dilemma,and make adequate preparation for the future fierce market competition.First of all,the relevant theories and literature at home and abroad are sorted out and studied,and according to the specific situation of A company combined with the current development situation of the domestic industry to make an analysis,find the problem and put forward targeted suggestions,hoping to provide some useful ideas for the development of A company and the domestic industry.Secondly combining the internal and external environment faced by A car company,the company’s competition environment and internal environment are discussed and analysis,the integrated use of PEST analysis,five model analysis method of A car company facing the external environment,industrial environment analysis,competitive strategy for later under A car company of the foundation and basis are put forward.Finally,on the premise of clarifying the competitive strategy of A Automobile Company,according to the analysis results of the internal and external environment of A Automobile Company,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats that A Automobile Company is facing in its current development,discusses the competitive strategy that A Automobile Company can choose,and further puts forward the analysis and choice of the competitive strategy of AAutomobile Company.Put forward the implementation and guarantee of the competitive strategy of A Automobile Company from the aspects of organizational structure,human resources,salary incentive,corporate culture,R&D investment and intellectual property rights.
