Research On Methods Architecture Of The Whole Process Project Cost Consultation Based On Consulting Unitperspective

Suburban railway is a railway connecting urban area with suburbs and connecting satellite towns or urban circle around the city.Generally,the distance between stations is longer,which plays the role of evacuating population from central city to surrounding satellite city.With the deepening of financial system and transportation related system reform,the financing of transportation infrastructure construction is facing great difficulties.At present,the transportation industry is in a critical transition period.Under this background,exploring the PPP investment and financing mode of suburban railway project has important practical value for preventing and resolving the debt risk of local government,reducing the financial pressure,and developing the financing channel of transportation infrastructure construction.This paper takes the background and significance of PPP investment and financing mode as the starting point,analyzes the research status at home and abroad through the methods of literature research and case study,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,expounds the investment and financing related theories,and provides the theoretical basis for the later research of this paper.In this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn: first,PPP model projects have broad application prospects,and their implementation has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of social investors;second,compared with traditional engineering projects,PPP mode projects contain a wide variety of risks,which objectively requires the relevant government departments to actively lead social investors earlier in the preliminary investigation stage of engineering projects Thirdly,the success of PPP model project is closely related to its sound internal control system and relevant national policies.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward that under the condition of not increasing the financial pressure of government departments,more suburban railway projects should be built at lower cost to provide higher quality public products and services to the masses,and at the same time,it also provides the social investors with two advantages,namely,market expansion and technological innovation,...
