| The uneven settlement of the foundation is one of the main causes of construction accidents.Most buildings will have a certain degree of uneven settlement,but because of the slight degree and within the design range,the harm is small and controllable.However,for uneven settlement to a greater degree,it will cause accidents such as cracking of the building structure and tilting of the building.The lighter ones will affect the aesthetics and function of the building,and the more serious ones will damage the building structure,even cause collapse or complete failure of the structure.,Resulting in greater personnel and economic losses.Compared with the integral lock chamber structure,the gate wall and bottom plate of the separate lock chamber structure are subjected to different forces and interact with each other.They are sensitive to the displacement of the ship lock and have poor ability to adapt to uneven settlement.Therefore,the study of the separate lock chamber structure is not The stress characteristics under uniform settlement conditions are very important.The relationship between the weak position of the lock chamber structure and the uneven settlement can be analyzed here to provide a reference for the design and maintenance of the ship lock.The research work and corresponding results of this paper are as follows:1.Summarize the research status of the separated lock chamber structure,the causes and harms of the uneven settlement,and the research methods of the ship lock structure,and put forward the shortcomings in the current research on the uneven settlement of the ship lock.2.The ANSYS finite element software was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the separated lock chamber,which simulates the interaction between the lock chamber and the surrounding soil,and the reliability of the model is verified by the original results of a lock.3.Analyzed the influence of different uneven settlement modes and different settlement of the bottom of the gate wall on the mechanical characteristics of the separated gate chamber structure,and summarized the law of the internal force of each characteristic part of the gate wall with uneven settlement;explored the different uneven In the settlement mode,the relationship between the safety of the lock chamber structure and the uneven settlement,suggestions are made to prevent and reduce the harm of uneven settlement of the structure.4.The analysis and research shows that: under the two settlement modes in this study,except for the stress distribution of the lock chamber floor at the initial stage of uneven settlement in high water conditions,the stress distribution in the lock chamber is basically the same in all working conditions;The first principal stress,the third principal compressive stress and the equivalent stress of the part gradually increase with the increase of the single-width settlement difference of the gate wall floor under different working conditions,and the growth rate generally follows the settlement difference of the gate wall unit width The increase gradually decreases.5.Within the scope of this study,the most dangerous parts of the lock chamber are the mid-span of the lock chamber floor,the middle of the hinge of the floor,the middle of the back of the gate wall,and the bottom of the bottom of the gate wall.The most unfavorable working conditions are overhaul conditions.The lock chamber of reinforced concrete structure should be strengthened for these parts.For the parts with higher impermeability requirements,steel bars or prestressed steel bars can be added appropriately;the capacity of the plain concrete structure lock chamber to adapt to uneven settlement is very weak.Therefore,for some For the foundations with more complicated geological conditions,reinforced concrete structures should be used as much as possible,and the settlement calculation should be strengthened to avoid damage caused by uneven settlement. |
