The goal of "overall improvement of ecological environment quality" is put forward for the first time by the national 13th five year plan outline,and the main keynote of the "Outline" runs through green development.By the end of 2018,according to the statistics of effective data,compared with 2017,the total mileage of national roads has increased by 73000 kilometers,while the total mileage of national roads has reached 4.8465 million kilometers.However,under the huge traffic mileage data,the mileage data to be maintained is 4.6746 million kilometers,accounting for 96.5% of the total mileage.A large number of milling materials generated in the maintenance or reconstruction of old asphalt pavement will be directly used as construction waste landfill,which will inevitably cause environmental pollution damage.At the same time,the maintenance or reconstruction of roads need new materials,which will exploit a large number of petroleum asphalt and ore resources,causing damage to the ecological environment.If the cold recycling technology is used in the new or overhauled pavement,the discarded old asphalt mixture can be recycled.In this way,the material cost saved each year will exceed several hundred million yuan,which not only saves the raw materials,but also realizes the transformation of waste into treasure.Compared with the traditional hot mix asphalt mixture,the cold recycled mixture has the advantages of more convenient construction,less resource consumption and less environmental pollution.Based on the comparative study of the influence of different factors on the mechanical properties and road performance of the mixture,and the comprehensive test process and results,the mixing sequence,how to form the mixture,the time and temperature suitable for curing,the best ratio of oilstone,and the best moisture content of the mixture are determined.Finally,the best mix proportion design method is found.The content of waste recycled aggregate is 70%,and the content of cement is 2% The optimum ratio of asphalt to stone is 3.4%(the optimum amount of emulsified asphalt is8.86%).The mixture can not only meet the specification requirements of high-grade asphalt pavement surface,but also meet the construction technical requirements of hot mix modified asphalt mixture in hot summer,cold winter and semi-arid areas.It is also found that the higher the content of recycled aggregate is,the worse the mechanical properties,high temperature properties and water stability are.However,the low-temperature bending tensile resistance is improved with the increase of the content of recycled aggregate.Although cement improves the mechanical properties,high-temperature properties and water stability of recycled cold water epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture,it is the same At the same time,the brittleness of the mixture is increased and the low-temperature bending and tensile properties of the mixture are decreased;the high and low oil stone ratio will have a bad effect on the performance of the cold recycled water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture.In this paper,the design method and performance of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture are studied,which provides the experimental basis and popularization basis for the application of waste recycled aggregate in cold recycled asphalt mixture.The research results show that the application technology of cold recycled water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture is scientific and feasible,suitable for the general trend of Road Development in China,and has great potential of social and economic benefits.
