| At present,most of the pavement has reached or approached the service life of Asphalt Pavement.Asphalt concrete pavement under the action of load,air,water,snow and other factors have different degrees of damage,affecting the normal use of the road surface.The asphalt pavement in our country is faced with the situation of overhaul or repair,so it is of great significance to maintain the asphalt pavement with suitable materials and technology.At present,the asphalt pavement repair technology in our country is mainly composed of micro surfacing,slurry seal,ultra-thin wearing layer and so on,because of the reason of these conventional disposal technology,in the maintenance and repair it is prone to skin,shedding,cracks and other diseases.Compared with the hot mix asphalt pavement,there is still a certain gap in the road performance,which is unable to adapt to the traffic level of our country and Its service life is only 1 ~ 2 years.The blend of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion and emulsion asphalt,expect many excellent features of waterborne epoxy-prepared emulsified asphalt composite can be emulsified asphalt,high bonding strength with waterborne epoxy resin,high strength etc.Waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt mixture is a kind of new material and new construction technology,which is used for mixing at room temperature and under normal temperature.It is the aggregate,waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt,mineral powder,water,additives,etc.in the normal temperature mixing,paving,forming,compaction,and finally open the traffic,in order to meet the requirements of high grade highways and even heavy traffic.In this paper,the performance of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt mixture was analyzed by using different raw materials,through a large number of experiments and data analysis,and hot mix asphalt mixture,cold recycled asphalt mixture performance are compared,analysis of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt mixture performance draw the relevant conclusions. |
