| Permeable concrete has good water permeability, can improve road drainage, supplement groundwater, slow down urban waterlogging and "heat island effect",and is widely used in parking lots, pedestrian streets, park roads and other places. With the rapid development of my country’s economy,a large amount of construction waste is produced, and the treatment methods are mainly backfilling and open-air stacking. This not only brings huge pressure to the ecological environment, but also causes a waste of resources.Recycled aggregate permeable concrete not only has the functional advantages of permeable concrete, but also can alleviate the environmental damage caused by construction waste. In this paper, waste ceramics are used as recycled aggregates to study the mix ratio design and road performance of recycled aggregate permeable concrete, determine the best mix ratio of recycled permeable concrete surface, and the structure design and construction technology of pedestrian roads. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The 5-factor 4-level orthogonal test method is used to determine the optimal mix ratio of recycled aggregate permeable concrete. The range and analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the water-binder ratio that affects the permeability, mechanical properties and impact resistance of recycled aggregate permeable concrete.(2)When the replacement rate of waste ceramics is 100%,the optimal mix ratio of recycled aggregate water-permeable concrete is: water-binder ratio 0.32,rubber powder mixing amount 4%,fly ash mixing amount 20%,and the test piece’s compression resistance is measured. The strength is 25.7MPa,the flexural strength is 2.9MPa,the effective porosity is 13%,the water permeability coefficient is 1.57mm/s,and the impact loss rate is 5.05%;(3)Explore the leveling process of the test road surface, and the roller compaction method has the best effect.(4)After pouring the test road for 28 days, test the on-site water permeability coefficient of 1.5mm/s;test the compressive strength of the sample specimens of the road surface to be 25.2MPa,flexural strength 2.9MPa,water permeability coefficient of1.48mm/s,and impact loss rate of 5.54%;Compared with the specimen prepared in the laboratory, the compressive strength of the recycled aggregate permeable concrete test pavement is reduced by 1.9%,and the water permeability is not significantly reduced. The test pavement surface layer meets the mechanical properties and water permeability of the C20 pavement surface layer in the "Technical Specification for the Application of Recycled Aggregate Permeable Concrete"(CJJ/T253-2016). |
