| In recent years,China continues to promote low carbon economy development,the rapid development of wind power and photovoltaic power,wind power and photovoltaic power generation become mainstream renewable clean energy,and the installed capacity is rising steadily,but the instability of wind power and solar energy makes the scenery power generation of electricity is poorer,wind power photovoltaic grid abandon the abandoned light circumstances would appear,Pumped storage is the most economical energy storage technology,which can make up for this shortcoming.In this paper,wind farm,photovoltaic power station and pumped storage power station models are built to study wind-wind-storage combined power generation,and multi-objective power generation costs are comprehensively considered to obtain the optimal benefits.In this paper,the improved BP neural network is used to predict the wind-solar power,and the optimal scheduling model of microgrid with pumped storage units is established.Firstly,the BP neural network is optimized,the training samples are selected optimally,and the prediction model is built with the prediction data as the center.Then,the social particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the initial values in the BP neural network.Finally,a numerical example is given to prove that the neural network has a good effect on the prediction of wind-solar power.Second,because the scenery power exists in the scheduling larger fluctuation,so the combination of pumped storage units for wind power fluctuations in cooling effect,respectively for wind power,photovoltaic power generation,pumped storage system modeling and analysis of model,in the operation principle of the micro grid,clear three pumped storage units involved in smooth scene control strategy of power fluctuations.The effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by comparing the optimal scheduling results of microgrid.Finally,in the microgrid,the economic dispatch of the multi-objective microgrid including wind-storage co-generation is taken into account with the goal of the lowest generation cost.The main objective of optimization is to minimize environmental pollution cost and economic cost.A multi-objective micro-grid dispatching research with pumped storage energy was carried out.Finally,the model was solved by MATLAB software through example analysis,and the validity of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm were verified. |
