In recent years,the problem of global energy scarcity and environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,which has aroused wide attention from all walks of society.In order to mitigate the deterioration of this trend,people gradually increase the use of distributed power sources,mainly photovoltaic,wind power and other clean energy,in microgrid.However,after the distributed power is connected to the grid supply,its output level fluctuates greatly under the influence of external natural factors,which leads to the optimization and scheduling of the power supply side,the energy storage side and the load side of the micro-grid system becoming more and more complicated.At present,the stability and economic operation of micro grid still have some common problems,such as lack of reliability,high cost of power generation cost and supply and demand side output power mismatch.At the same time,most of the intelligent algorithms suitable for internal optimization scheduling of micro grid have shortcomings such as incompatibility of convergence speed and accuracy,and easy to fall into local optimum.In respect of the above issues related to optimization output and economic scheduling of source charge and storage of micro grid.The following is the main work of this paper:1.On the basis of understanding of the core concepts of microgrid operation and key technologies of optimal dispatching,the mathematical models of microgrid structure are established respectively,and the characteristics of distributed power supply,charge-discharge characteristics of energy storage devices and the characteristics of demand side load are analyzed.Considering the daily operation cost and smooth distributed power output of each component unit of the micro grid,a two-layer optimal scheduling model of the micro grid is established.According to the corresponding constraint conditions and time-of-use pricing mechanism,the optimal scheduling strategy of the micro grid is proposed.2.In this paper,an algorithm for solving beetle antennae search-adaptive particle swarm optimization(BAS-APSO)is proposed.On the basis of the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm,this algorithm improves the convergence and stability by improving the dynamic inertia weight and combining the advantages of less iteration times and faster search speed.Through testing and comparison with other algorithms,the proposed algorithm performs well in global search ability in the early stage and local search performance in the late stage,showing better search ability.3.The simulation analysis of the two-layer optimal scheduling model and solving algorithm of the microgrid is carried out by MATLAB platform,and the reasonableness of the model and the availability of the algorithm are verified.By comparing the scenery output of different scenes,the typical scenes that can represent the scenery output characteristics are selected,and then the two stages of day-ahead optimization scheduling and day-day optimization scheduling of the source load and storage of the micro grid are studied respectively.The results show that the model and solving algorithm proposed in this paper not only improve the comprehensive operation efficiency of the micro grid,but also effectively improve the utilization rate of new energy in the micro grid.The resource complementarity and cross-peak benefits of the source,load and storage sides of the micro-grid are fully utilized,and the coordinated and optimal scheduling of the micro-grid system is efficiently completed.4.A microgrid energy scheduling and monitoring system is established.The structural scheme of the overall design of the system is given in detail,the software and hardware design of the whole system is completed,and the collection,analysis and storage of the equipment data in the micro-grid system are basically realized,as well as the remote display and real-time monitoring of the operating data.The two-layer optimal scheduling model and the improved algorithm for solving the model proposed in this paper have good availability,and provide a feasible method for the optimization scheduling of source load and storage of microgrid and it is of great significance to the environmental protection and economy of microgrid operation.
