| According to the seventh census,China’s population over 60 years old and over 65years old have reached 18.7%and 13.5%of the total population,respectively,which has entered an aging society and is in the accelerated stage.However,there are many problems in the living environment of old-age buildings,especially the light environment.Studies show that high quality light environment has a positive effect on the physiology and psychology of the elderly,but there are still shortcomings in the study of natural lighting in buildings for the aged.Improving the light environment of buildings for the aged is of great significance to improve the living quality of buildings for the aged.This paper first describes the research background,domestic and foreign relevant research status,research content,etc.,to provide reference for the following research.Secondly,it carries out subjective and objective investigation on the pension buildings in Tianjin and extracts the typical pension building models in Tianjin.The objective survey is divided into architectural space model measurement and indoor illumination measurement.The part of subjective survey is mainly about the illumination comfort of old-age buildings and the existing problems of natural lighting.Then,Lady Bug and Honeybee were used to carry out the simulation calculation of the dynamic lighting index DA,UDI100lx-2000lx,ASE and DGP of typical old-age buildings.Based on the calculation results,the natural lighting evaluation and analysis of typical old-age buildings were conducted.Then,based on the dynamic lighting evaluation,the multi-objective optimization research of elderly care buildings in Tianjin was carried out with the help of the Octopus platform,taking the building plane depth,the opening,the building orientation,the window height,the width of the outside window and the height of the outside window as decision variables.After the completion of multi-objective optimization,the convergence judgment,adaptability and performance improvement verification of the experimental results were carried out,and DGP was used for secondary screening to get the optimal solution.Compared with the typical elderly care building model in Tianjin,the final optimization results show that the average value of DA of the rooms facing south of the single veranda is increased to66.99%~70.99%;The average value of UDI100lx-2000lx increased to 74.60%~76.32%;ASE decreased to 0.43~0.48.The average value of DA in single north-south corridor rooms increased to 60.41%~64.60%;The average value of UDI100lx-2000lx increased to80.23%~81.08%;ASE decreased to 0.39~0.46.In addition,the multi-objective optimization research is also carried out for other rare planar old-age buildings,and the optimal solution set is calculated.Finally,according to the multi-objective optimization solution set,the design strategy of the elderly building in Tianjin is proposed.The optimal plane aspect ratio of a single outer corridor south facing endowment building is1.43~1.50,the height of the window sill is 1.0m,the orientation is 4°south by west~6°south by east,and the parameter size of the outer window is 1.9m×1.9m~2.0m.The optimal design aspect ratio of a single inner corridor for the aged building is 1.42~1.51,the height of the window sill is 1.0m,the orientation is 11°south by east~16°south by east,and the optimal parameter size of the outer window is 1.8m×1.9m~2.0m.In this paper,multi-objective optimization design is carried out for elderly buildings in Tianjin to realize the global optimization of multiple evaluation indexes under multiple decision variables.This research method provides a new perspective for the natural lighting design of old-age buildings,makes up for the shortcomings of multi-objective driven design and parametric design in the field of natural lighting design for old-age buildings,and provides reference for the design and renovation of old-age buildings in the future. |
