| In recent years,accidents involving explosions and damage to buildings have occurred,seriously threatening the safety of life and property in the building itself and its surrounding areas.In addition,the explosion is localized.Under the premise of satisfying safety,the lightly damaged components of the main structure are reinforced,so that the damaged structure can continue to serve and meet the requirements.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the best reinforcement scheme for damaged masonry walls and to carry out reinforcement design for damaged components based on the damage identification results after the structure explosion.This paper takes the brick-concrete building after the explosion as the engineering case object,through the finite element numerical simulation of the mechanical properties such as the hysteresis curve of the masonry wall before and after the reinforcement,and proposes the best plan for the wall reinforcement;the component damage data obtained by on-site investigation and detection As a standard,the structure appraisal and rating are based on the damage classification;for the masonry structure that is rated as necessary for reinforcement,the recommended reinforcement plan is used to reinforce it,and the reinforcement plan for the damaged structure is finally given.The specific content is as follows:(1)According to the economy and practicability of the reinforcement method,compare and select a variety of masonry wall reinforcement methods,and finally choose two reasonable reinforcement methods;use ABAQUS to establish a finite element model and carry out static loading,from the load-displacement curve Compared with the bearing capacity and the experiment,the accuracy of the model is verified;on this basis,the two selected reinforcement methods are used to reinforce the masonry wall and carry out a comparative study of mechanical properties.The results show that the performance of the two types of walls after reinforcement is improved to a certain extent than before reinforcement,but the seismic performance of reinforcement with steel mesh is more obvious than that of buttress columns;(2)Taking a brick-and-concrete building after the explosion as an example,conduct component damage and structural setting investigations on the building structure where the explosion occurred,and classify the damage level of the explosion area;determine the appropriate detection method according to the damage of the building and the actual situation on the site,Detect different components of the building separately,and process and analyze on-site data;combine the detection results,point out the key parts,and make the construction engineering appraisal and rating;(3)Using the suggested reinforcement methods for masonry walls and other component reinforcement techniques to give specific reinforcement schemes for the explosion-damaged structure,the above schemes are used to strengthen the components and use PKPM software to perform calculations,and calculate from seismic calculations,compression calculations,etc.The mechanical properties of the building structure after reinforcement.The results show that the reinforced structure meets the requirements,which verifies the effectiveness of the reinforcement scheme. |
