| With increased power consumption products in people’s daily life,how to design to meet high voltage,long distance,large capacity of new power transmission tower to be the problem has become solved.Truss structure can improve the weight and overall stability of components,enhance the relative mechanical performance,and make the coordination between members more flexible,so it has been widely used in the design of transmission tower structure.Truss structure optimization was often used to improve the performance of transmission tower.The optimization design for transmission towers should first place to meet the demand of structure basic function and normal use,and then the use of minimum cost consumption for maximum benefit.In view of the continuous development and improvement of finite element software and intelligent optimization methods,as well as the good performance of fruit fly algorithm in engineering structure optimization design,a new method applied to transmission tower structure optimization design was proposed.The Immune Algorithm(IA)and Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm(FOA)for fusion,a mixed fruit fly optimization algorithm-based on immune algorithm(IAFOA)can effectively improve original algorithm in the face of transmission tower structure optimization problem solving ability.This method transformed the scarf,analysis situs and appearance variables of transmission tower structure into discrete variables,and then the optimal design of transmission tower cross section was transformed into a standardized 0-1 knapsack problem.The IAFOA was applied to the structural optimization design of transmission towers.IAFOA uses IA to improve the defects of the basic algorithm which is easily trapped in local minima,in other words,when evolutionary stagnation steps steps t greater than evolutionary stagnation threshold T,perform immune operations to the population diversity to improve balance FOA global and local search ability.Standard functions and 0-1 knapsack problem of the test results show that the improved algorithm has good robustness.The results of all optimized examples show that IAFOA performance in all aspects have been greatly improved,especially in the optimization of stability and may be trapped in local optimal solution,and it has a good global search ability.Under the action of IAFOA,the optimization performance of transmission tower structure optimization method is enhanced,so it has a broad application prospect.The study offers a new way for the structure optimization design for transmission towers. |
