In this paper,Al-MCM-41 as the molecular sieve,citric acid,sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid were used to etch the molecular sieve,and the metal Pt was supported by constant volume impregnation method as the active component to prepare the catalyst Pt/Al-MCM-41 catalyst.Using Jatropha oil as raw material model,one step hydrogenation experiment was carried out to prepare fuel components.The effects of the catalysts prepared by etching the zeolite with different acids on the triglyceride conversion,alkane selectivity,iso-alkane selectivity and aromatic selectivity of fatty acids were investigated.The three catalysts were characterized by XRD,XRF,TEM,NH3-TPD,Py-IR,CO chemisorption and 29Si NMR to investigate the synergistic effect of acid modified Al-MCM-41 molecular sieve on the macroscopic parameters and microstructure of fuel preparation.Although the dispersion of Pt decreased,the specific surface area of the modified molecular sieve increased,and the acidity of the modified molecular sieve with citric acid and hydrochloric acid also increased.At the same time,the modified molecular sieve with citric acid showed better catalytic activity compared with other samples.Four different types of catalysts were used for one-step hydrogenation reaction under the conditions of temperature 360℃,LHSV(liquid time space velocity)1h-1,H/O(ratio of hydrogen to feedstock oil)1000 and hydrogen partial pressure4MPa.At the same time,the durability test of the catalyst modified by citric acid was carried out under the above conditions for 8h.Due to the small jatropha oil raw material of GC-MS main composition is oleic acid,so using oleic acid as model compounds that citric acid modified Pt/Al-MCM-41 catalyst hydrogenation reaction path,the main process for:triglycerides high temperature directly into oleic acid,oleic acid hydrolysis synthesis octadecane or decarboxylation become 17alkanes,long chain alkanes by beta cracking continue to translate into short chains of C8-C16 alkanes,partial octane in molecular ethmoid reorganization under the action of 1-methyl ethyl-in isomerization reaction of cyclohexane.In this paper,the modification of catalyst provides a new reference for the reaction of one-step hydrogenation for the preparation of aviation kerosene,and provides a way of thinking for the preparation of diversified biofuels from non-edible oils,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the ecological environment.
