A Study Of Design Of Timber Structure Homestay In Zhejiang

In the past few decades,homestay,as a new industry,has been growing with the personalized demand of tourism.Different from the luxurious and huge scale hotels,homestay aims to provide exquisite,personalized and experiential services for tourists,especially suitable for the development of villages and ancient towns with superior natural resources and rich human resources.Most of the houses are renovated from the old buildings.There are also new buildings or the combination of the old and the new,with distinct themes and beautiful environment.Rammed earth,brick,stone,wood,steel and other materials are common in the accommodation,and the structure is mostly frame and mixed structure.Because of the characteristics of flexible space,changeable shape,environmental protection and sustainability,strong anti-corrosion and anti-seismic ability,modern wooden structure residential buildings gradually show their unique advantages in the development of residential buildings.Based on the concept definition,literature review,case analysis and field research,this paper systematically discusses the spatial composition and shape shaping of modern wood structure by using the basic theories and methods of architecture and combining the relevant knowledge of structural engineering In the aspect of the feasibility and applicability of homestay,the design principles and key points of wooden structure homestay are determined;through the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad,the design experience of excellent wooden structure homestay is summarized;in combination with the modern wooden structure homestay scheme of liaoan village,Yongfeng Town,Linhai City,Zhejiang Province designed by the author,the environment and space of modern wooden structure and homestay architecture are further explored To explore the development potential of modern wooden structure homestay.The research results of this paper have positive theoretical significance and application value for expanding the ideas and methods of residential building design in Zhejiang area and promoting the application and expression of modern wood structure in residential buildings.The paper is divided into six chapters,68724 Chinese characters,177 charts(171charts,6 tables),4 appendixes(including 15 architectural design drawings).
