Abstract/Summary:
The process of informatization in China’s AEC industry is constantly advancing.China’s small and medium-sized construction enterprises lag behind large enterprises in the process of industry informatization,and the adoption of BIM technology in small and medium-sized enterprises is not obvious.BIM technology is still in a state of development and perfection,which is often accompanied by risks in practice.BIM technology is bound to become the mainstream means of the construction industry.Without information strategy,enterprises will lose competitive advantage in the market.Small and medium-sized enterprises are in the dilemma of unbalanced information development and technology competition.Solving the application risk of BIM technology in small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China is an important step to clarify the information development strategy of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,and also to promote the development of BIM technology is an important issue in the stable development of the whole construction industry.This paper first combs the application status of BIM technology in China’s AEC industry,the development status of China’s small and medium-sized construction enterprises and the adoption of BIM Technology.The basic theory and analysis method of BIM technology application risk in small and medium-sized construction enterprises are discussed.The risk factors of BIM technology application in small and medium-sized construction enterprises are identified,modified and screened,and a risk factor system involving investment,technology,application environment,demand and organization is obtained,including 30 factors.On this basis,the causal relationship between the risk factors of BIM technology application in small and medium-sized construction enterprises is analyzed.The functional relationship between variables is obtained by using the method of MIV algorithm of BP neural network and curve estimation,and the system dynamics model of BIM technology application risk in small and medium-sized construction enterprises is constructed.Finally,taking a medium-sized enterprise a in city B as an actual case to apply the model,combined with the relevant data of the enterprise,the BIM technology application risk of the case enterprise is simulated,the sensitivity of 12 exogenous variables is analyzed,and 8 application scenarios are designed to compare the risk changes in different scenarios.The results show that the improvement of enterprise subject can reduce the BIM technology risk,but the impact on the overall risk is not obvious;BIM special subsidies and owners’ BIM demand are most sensitive to the BIM technology application risk of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,and BIM standards,construction market demand and other policy and demand factors are highly sensitive;enterprises in S2 high-speed development mode and S5 policy-demand driven mode,the effect of risk change is the best.The above results show that the development of enterprises alone cannot quickly improve the status quo,BIM policy and improving BIM demand are important entry points.Based on this,the paper puts forward the BIM capability improvement suggestions for small and medium-sized construction enterprises,such as ‘a small amount of recruitment,key training,minority driven’,‘synchronous improvement of enterprise management level and BIM capability’,and the BIM policy of ‘improving BIM-related subsidy policy,effectively solving the concerns of small and medium-sized enterprises’ and ‘forming the transformation power of small and medium-sized construction enterprises with demand pressure’ In order to reduce the risk of BIM technology application in small and medium-sized construction enterprises.This paper is helpful for the BIM participants of small and medium-sized construction enterprises to formulate the adoption strategy in advance,provide reference for the improvement direction of BIM technology adoption of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,solve the problems of BIM technology application of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,and promote the balanced development of information technology in China’s AEC industry.
