Equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic emerging industry in Hebei Province.High-quality advancement has become a necessary requirement of the manufacturing industry.Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have also confronted greater chances and challenges than ever.For small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,as an important force in society,most of them are small in scale and choose logistics outsourcing business strategies to centralize resources and cultivate core competence.However,the uncertain factors in the course of logistics outsourcing make small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises confront higher risks of logistics outsourcing.If the risks of logistics outsourcing can not be effectively identified and controlled,it will inevitably bring certain economic losses to small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and even affect their survival.So studying the logistics outsourcing risk of small and medium manufacturing enterprises has significant realistic meaning.First of all this article expounds the research context and meaning of logistics outsourcing for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Based on the correlating literature of international study,this article sums up the relevant theories of manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing and logistics outsourcing risk.Taking M manufacturing enterprise as an example,this article first sum up its fundamental condition and problems existing in logistics outsourcing.The risks in the course of logistics outsourcing are recognized and the risk assessment targets set is established.Secondly,the system dynamics method is used to establish the risk assessment model of M manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing.Through the application of model simulation,the development trend of logistics outsourcing risk in M manufacturing enterprise is given and the effect of relevant risk factors on the total risk is analyzed.Finally,this article puts forward the logistics outsourcing risk management strategy of M manufacturing enterprise,which also provides beneficial reference for other similar enterprises.
