| In recent years,our country develops rapidly,and the achievement is remarkable.Encouraged by the policy of master plan,buildings are springing up like bamboo shoots after rain,piled on top of each other.Thus,environmental degradation,energy depletion and other similar ecological and environmental problems become increasingly prominent.In order to reduce the negative impact of construction activities on the natural environment,it is urgent for designers to explore a road of sustainable development.Therefore,green design of buildings in China has become a key business direction to improve building quality and carry out sustainable buildings,and an important development goal to follow the sustainable development in China.The development of green building shows that it is necessary to scientifically control all stages of the whole process of construction engineering,such as scheme planning,architectural design,project construction and project completion,and also control each step to protect the environment and resources and maintain ecological balance as an important principle.Therefore,nowadays,more and more designers gradually devote themselves to the research and development of green building design.As the top design institute of Gansu Province,Gansu Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute has a strong technical reserve and is at the top class of the design company of Gansu Province.However,in recent years,with the great impact of external architectural design institutes,many businesses cannot be carried out,and most of the design markets are occupied by other provincial or provincial architectural design institutes with strong capital,and it cannot further expand itself,and gradually lose its control in the architectural design market.How can make the enterprise reinvigorate and burst out in the fierce competition environment? It has become a research topic that the enterprise must face.Based on the analysis of PEST,market and industry environment,this paper concludes that the green building design market is not saturated yet and has a great space for development.Through the analysis of CPM industry competitor behavior and internal and external factors,it can be seen that the Gansu Institute of Urban and Rural Planning and Design is faced with more opportunities than threats,and still has certain advantages in competitiveness in this industry.This paper then carries on the quantitative analysis of internal and external factors and puts them into the SWOT matrix to sort out a number of competitive strategies.These competitive strategies are classified into "differentiation strategy" and "cost leadership strategy".Finally input to QSPM for quantitative selection,it is concluded that Gansu Institute of Urban and Rural Planning and Design should adopt the "differentiation strategy".In the differentiation strategy after the formulation of specific goals,and put forward the corresponding implementation approaches,and the implementation of the corresponding control measures and security system,effectively ensure that the "differentiation strategy" can be successfully implemented in Gansu Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute,make the enterprise in the design industry development and growth. |
