The smoke and dust in the blasting operation of tunnel heading face will not only pollute the working face,delay the driving speed,but also endanger the health of the workers.Therefore,it is very important to control the blasting smoke and dust.In this paper,a new dust removal and smoke elimination technology is proposed.The core of this technology is to prepare the foam liquid suitable for blasting smoke and make it foaming through the foaming machine to produce a large number of bubbles,absorb and moisten the dust in the air,and neutralize the smoke in it,so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal and smoke elimination.In this paper,theoretical analysis and experimental research on the development of a new type of foaming agent,"dust removal and smoke elimination bubble liquid",are carried out.The main research process and results are as follows:(1)By testing the foam properties of the surfactant,the optimal composition of the monomer surfactant was carried out.The synergism of sodium chloride(Na Cl)and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)in improving foaming agent performance was analyzed and studied.It was confirmed that the addition of sodium chloride(Na Cl)and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)could improve the foaming performance of the solution more effectively.The p H changes of bubble liquid with different concentrations of sodium sulfite(Na2SO3)before and after absorption of flue gas were studied.The effectiveness of purifying flue gas with sodium sulfite(Na2SO3)was verified,and the optimal concentration of sodium sulfite(Na2SO3)was determined.The formula of dust removal and smoke removal bubble liquid was finally determined as AOS:ASLA:Na Cl:CMC-Na:Na2SO3=0.2%:0.8%:0.7%:0.03%:0.25%.(2)Through the deconstruction and analysis of bubble dust removal process,the mechanism of bubble dust removal is put forward,that is,the adhesion,wetting,rupture and settlement of bubble dust.The paper studies the surface tension of surfactant and its wetting ability and adsorption ability to dust,and points out the relationship between them:the surface tension determines whether the wetting process takes place or not,and the adsorption determines the wetting ability.The stronger the adsorption is,the better the wetting ability is.The chemical reaction between sodium sulfite(Na2SO3)solution and nitrogen oxide is analyzed.It is pointed out that the mechanism of bubble smoke elimination is through the chemical reaction between sodium sulfite(Na2SO3),water(H2O),oxygen(O2),nitric oxide(NO)and nitrogen dioxide(NO2).Generates nitric acid(HNO3),nitrous acid(HNO2)or nitrogen(N2)and other substances,thus playing a role in the elimination of nitrogen oxides.(3)Using the group of independent design of smoke prevention and dust control system in the simulation of roadway bubble dust smoke elimination experiments,found that dust settlement in the absence of any outside interference can be divided into fast and slow two phase,particle size of dust settling quickly,small particle size is slow,and flue gas particle size is very small,so the settlement more slowly,and the use of new type dust suppressing smoke bubble liquid bubble dust suppressing smoke,The settling rate of smoke and dust is increased by more than 90 percent,which indicates the high efficiency of the new type of dust removal and smoke elimination bubble liquid and the high efficiency of bubble dust removal and smoke elimination technology.To sum up,this paper analyzes the theoretical feasibility of foam dust removal and smoke elimination,proposes a bubble liquid formula that uses surfactant to add sodium sulfite,and verifies it through simulation experiments.The new type of dust removal and smoke elimination agent can effectively deal with blasting smoke,and the bubble dust removal and smoke elimination technology can effectively dust and smoke elimination.The research results of this paper will provide theoretical and experimental support for the application of this technology.
