The water quenched high titanium slag is formed after the molten slag produced in the smelting pig iron by blast furnace process of vanadium titanomagnetite as raw material,which is loose,porous and irregular or near spherical granular.Compared with the ordinary water-quenched granulated blast furnace slag,the content of Ti O2 in the water-quenched high-titanium slag is more than 15%,and it is rich in the perovskite and titanaugite minerals with physical and chemical stability,so the activity of hydration and volcanic ash is low.It has been studied to prepare hollow block,wall panel and roof insulation filling material with water quenched high titanium slag as light aggregate.In order to further develop the characteristics of stability,micro-activity and light porosity of water-quenched high titanium slag,this paper proposed to use it as light aggregate and combine with fly ash bleached beads to prepare light weight high strength concrete.In this paper,the compaction ratio design was determined by the principle of tightest stacking,and water-quenched high titanium slag lightweight high strength concrete(LWHS-TS)with bulk density of 1950 kg/m3,1750 kg/m3,1550 kg/m3 and 1350 kg/m3 were prepared.The physical and chemical properties of water quenched high titanium slag remain stable after sulfate soaking and autoclave autoclaving,which preliminarily proves its feasibility as lightweight concrete aggregate.Based on the theory of tightest stacking and the method of minimum water demand,the mix ratio of lightweight high strength concrete was determined.The effects of fly ash bleaching beadle replacement,water-binder ratio,bulk density and curing methods(standard curing,steam curing,autoclaved curing)on the mechanical properties of lightweight high strength concrete with water-quenched titanium slag were studied.The results show that the steam curing and autoclaved curing can rapidly improve the mechanical properties of concrete.Under the condition of standard curing,the mechanical properties of water quenched high titanium slag lightweight high strength concrete increase steadily.Under the condition of water binder ratio 0.18,the strength of 1950 kg/m3 water quenched high titanium slag concrete with bulk density grade can reach 72.6 MPa after 28days of standard curing.The strength can reach 100.8 MPa after standard cultivation for 120days.Studied the water quench high titanium slag concrete structure and performance,at the same time through the simulation of hardened concrete alkali environment,the water quench high titanium slag aggregates in the process of cement hydration mechanism do the detailed analysis,water quenching is not a simple as high titanium slag aggregate concrete cladding in concrete,in alkaline water quenching high titanium slag aggregate directly involved in the cement hydration reaction,the interface of slurry aggregate was optimized.Finally,the volume stability,carbonization,freeze-thaw resistance and sulfate resistance of water-quenched lightweight high-strength concrete with high titanium slag were tested.Compared with the standard curing and steam curing conditions,the drying shrinkage performance of water quenched high titanium slag concrete.The content of water quenched high titanium slag aggregate is negatively correlated with the self-shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete.High temperature curing can reduce the drying shrinkage of concrete,and the volume stability of water quenched high titanium slag concrete is good.There is almost no carbonation in the four kinds of water-quenched titanium slag lightweight high-strength concrete with bulk density levels.The frost resistance level is not less than F250,and the sulfate resistance level is not less than KS90,which meets the standards of high-performance concrete.
